UK Orders - All prices quoted are in sterling (UK pounds)
and exclude VAT at 17.5%. Errors and omissions excepted. Shipping to destinations
in the UK is £3.50 and normally takes 1-2 days. Products are shipped by Royal Mail
Special Delivery or First Class Recorded.
International Orders - All prices quoted are in sterling (UK
pounds) and exclude delivery. Customers outside the UK will not be charged VAT.
Standard Delivery outside the UK is by DHL and costs £15.00 (UK Pounds Sterling).
International Delivery takes 2-3 days.

DELIVERY
Subject to your order being authorised and barring system failure, we will despatch
all orders where possible received up to 1 p.m. the same day.
Delivery within the UK
The standard delivery method in the UK is by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded
First Class and normally takes 1 - 2 days.
International Shipping
Once your order leaves our warehouse, shipping times typically range from 2 to 3
working days, depending on the destination. Standard Delivery outside the UK is
via DHL and costs £15.00 (UK Pounds Sterling). Please note that custom duties may
apply.

You can place an order on-line securely. We offer you the choice of using a Secure

Paying by credit card - please furnish the card number, expiration
date and cardholder name and address.
Paying by purchase order - this option is usually reserved
for Government Agencies, Educational Institutions and Ltd or Plc corporations.
Title - Title to goods remains with CareerVision until payment
in full has been received.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At CareerVision, we are passionately committed to your satisfaction. We believe
these are the top corporate training products on the market and are used by 1000's
of Universities, Corporations, and Governments. If you are dissatisfied with your
purchase, we will gladly give you a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping
costs), as long as less than 30% of any course has been opened. If you are purchasing
only one video or CD, you may open it for your risk free evaluation.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase, simply call our
friendly sales staff at +44 (0) 121 248 2400 to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise
Authorization Number) and then return the product back within 30 days of the invoice
date. The RMA# is required for us to track your return and properly credit your
account. For this reason, the shipping department does not accept packages that
do not have an RMA#. All disks, videos, registration cards, boxes, and packaging
materials must be included and in like-new condition. Your return must be received
by CareerVision within 30 days of the Careervision invoice date. CareerVision reserves
the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns, or returns where the order is
more than 30 days old, or returns where more than 30% of any course or product has
been opened or viewed.
Please put the original packing slip in the carton, and wrap the
package securely so that no damage will occur during transportation. For your protection,
please use Insured/Recorded Parcel Post when sending courses back so that you have
a receipt for the shipment.
Please note that overseas shipping costs are not refundable.
